Advanced CNC Engineering Facility
Our engineering facility supports the accurate and repeatable manufacture of complex instrument components. Equipment selection and production methods are determined according to product geometry, material, tolerance, finish and order requirements.
Four-axis and five-axis CNC machining centres support complex milling and multi-surface component production. CNC and Swiss-type turning machines enable the manufacture of precise cylindrical and small-diameter components.
Wire-cut EDM, EDM drilling and precision-grinding equipment support intricate profiles, fine openings and controlled dimensions that may be difficult to achieve through conventional machining alone. These technologies complement our finishing, polishing, assembly and inspection capabilities.
